LumiMatrix Tech ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our desktop application Mousify handles your information.

2. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data. Mousify is designed to run entirely offline.

License Key: When you activate Mousify Pro, your license key is stored locally on your device and verified through Gumroad's API.
AI Inference: All AI cursor generation runs 100% locally on your device. No images, prompts, or cursor data are sent to any server.
Usage Analytics: We do not collect any usage analytics, telemetry, or behavioral data.
Crash Reports: We do not automatically collect crash reports.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Personal identification information (name, address, phone number)
Screenshots or screen recordings
Mouse movement patterns or input data
File system contents
Browser history or cookies

4. Third-Party Services

Gumroad: If you purchase Mousify Pro, the transaction is processed by Gumroad Inc. Their privacy policy applies to payment data: gumroad.com/privacy.

Cloudflare: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type). See: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Data Storage

All application data (settings, cursor presets, generated assets) is stored locally on your device in the Mousify application data directory. We do not maintain any cloud storage or user database.

6. Children's Privacy

Mousify does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As we collect essentially no personal data, we believe the Software is safe for users of all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
