1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with Mousify Pro. If the Software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

Your Gumroad order email address
Your license key (optional, helps us process faster)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days via Gumroad.

3. After 30 Days

Refund requests after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable people — if the Software genuinely doesn't work on your system, we'll make it right.

4. License Deactivation

Upon refund, your Pro license key will be deactivated. You may continue using Mousify Lite at no cost.
