By downloading, installing, or using Mousify ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
Mousify Lite (Free): You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the free version of Mousify for personal and commercial purposes.
Mousify Pro: Upon purchasing a valid license key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to activate and use the Pro features on up to 2 (two) devices owned by you.
All cursor assets generated by the AI engine within the Software are owned by you, the user. The Software itself, including its code, UI design, and brand assets, is the property of LumiMatrix Tech (广州光矩阵数字科技有限公司).
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LumiMatrix Tech does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall LumiMatrix Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license.
We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong.
